Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Document all customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for improving customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team performance.
• Share insights and suggestions to improve service processes and customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in French, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
