We will soon be looking for a highly enthusiastic EGNOS Sites hosting services management Engineers who will work in Toulouse, France.

What is expected from you:

The role involves supporting the management and implementation of EGNOS Sites Hosting Services (covering both EGNOS V2 and V3), as well as the full lifecycle of site-related contracts under EUSPA responsibility.

EGNOS Sites Hosting Services Management

• Support the preparation of EGNOS RIMS hosting sites in compliance with EGNOS V3 Site Implementation Requirements (SIRD), based on site survey reports and in coordination with the V3 Industry Prime for complementary surveys. 
• Oversee the provision of preliminary hosting services, ensuring readiness for deployment and integration of EGNOS V3 equipment into the system. 
• Monitor and support the delivery of operational hosting services, ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 
• Contribute to ensuring timely delivery of prepared sites to the V3 Product Manufacturer, recognizing their critical role as customer-furnished undertakings within the EGNOS programme. 

Site Contract Procurement and Implementation

• Contribute to the full procurement process of site contracts, including:
  • Preparation and review of tender documentation 
  • Participation in Tender Evaluation Boards 
  • Handling Requests for Clarification and corrigenda 
  • Participation in negotiations and evaluation reporting 
  • Support contract kick-offs and key milestone reviews (e.g. KO, SIKP, IAR, PDKP, HSRR), including preparation and review of meeting minutes. 
  • Ensure continuous follow-up of contract implementation, from site preparation through hosting service provision, including coordination with Hosting Entities and organisation of ad hoc meetings when required

Contract and Technical Baseline Management

• Maintain and update the contractual and technical baseline of site contracts, ensuring:
  • Compliance with Site Implementation Requirements 
  • Alignment with ESA contractual baselines

• Review and contribute to contract amendments and change management processes, including:
  • Requests for Deviation/Waiver (RFD/RFW) 
  • Requests to Amend 
  • Participation in configuration control boards (e.g. HS CCB, Sites PCCB) 
  • Maintain and update the EUSPA compliance matrix for site contracts. 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Review and analyse Hosting Entity deliverables, including:
  • Quarterly Progress Reports 
  • Service Performance Reports 
  • Raise and track Review Item Discrepancies (RIDs) on technical and performance documentation, including interface control documents. 
  • Support progress monitoring through meetings and reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy of documentation and minutes. 

Interface and Coordination

• Act as a coordination point between EUSPA, ESA, Hosting Entities, and Industry Prime, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. 
• Organise and document regular and ad hoc coordination meetings with Hosting Entities. 

Contract Transition and Reassignment

• Support the preparation of complete site documentation packages for contract reassignment to ESSP.
• Facilitate and ensure a smooth transition of site contracts, ensuring completeness, traceability, and compliance of all transferred documentation.
