Tech Lead Java - CDI - Toulouse
Integrated into the Engineering team, you will have a transverse role to ensure the architecture works necessary for the evolution of our existing products and our new products. You ensure the proper implementation of the architectures and principles defined.

- Ensure necessary architecture works on our different products
- Ensure that defined architecture is well implemented.
- Support developers in the development phases
- Help the CTO to define technical and architectural evolutions
- Elaborate Proof of concept to facilitate technical choices for the company
- Lead by example by contributing to the product improvement on a daily basis
- Empower people and create conditions of motivating environment
- Support and manage the developers team

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least some significant experience as Software Architect in distributed software systems (micro-service, cloud-native, event-driven, big data …)
- At least a few years as Java developer or technical leader
