4X L3 Network Security Engineer - Cisco Gold Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join a Cisco Gold and Fortinet Expert partner for a prestigious network security upgrade and installation project within the aerospace sector. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to a high-profile industry initiative. The successful candidate will provide Level 3 network security support and play a key role in firewall implementation and upgrade projects. The position is based in Toulouse, with a requirement to be on-site three days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 network security support, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of network systems.
• Participate in firewall implementation projects, working with next-generation firewalls such as FortiGate and Palo Alto, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with the Network Security team to understand business and technical requirements and deliver tailored network security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues, providing expert guidance and technical support.
• Document and maintain network security configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in network security technologies and apply best practices to maintain a secure infrastructure.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in Level 3 network security support, with a solid understanding of network security principles and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls, specifically FortiGate and Palo Alto.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues.
