• Airbus Defence and Space* is looking for a * Supply Officer (f/m)* to join our Supply Management team based in *Toulouse, France.*

As part of the Supply Management team , you will be involved in deliveries management as per all internal customer requirements in terms of On Time/ On Quality and ensure process adherence for all accountable activities aiming at achieving the targets given by Procurement and Programmes, ensuring internal customer protection. **Your working environment:** Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city of the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Lead interface with Internal customer, Reporting and Coordination. Collaboration with stakeholders during the ordering phase
• Interact with suppliers as escalation point and with transversal departments for the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and ensuring settlement of discrepancies
• Purchase order placement using collaboration tools in line with contractual agreements, PO acknowledgement and monitoring, On Time and On Quality deliveries for product and services protecting internal customer
• Ensure visibility on supplier operational performance KPI. RFQ to supplier according to applicable delegations. Lead escalation within supplier operational reviews. Monitoring and follow-up of invoicing
• Raising risks, actions follow-up, reporting and escalation in case on deviation to industrial target (incl. in-service issues), identify critical WP/deliverables and initiate mitigation actions.
• Your profile:*
• Operational experience in Supply Chain/ Procurement or related function
• Technical expertise : SAP (P11, NFP) management and reporting analysis creation, MRP and demand management

• Team work spirit as part of the daily work
• English and French: Negotiation Level.
