Technicien Purification DSP (F/H/X) - Région Bordelaise
AbbVie seeks a purification technician to join the downstream processing team in a GMP pharmaceutical production environment. The role involves preparing and executing protein purification operations using single-use equipment, managing batch documentation, and supporting production schedules in a shift-based structure.
Responsibilities
- Qualify equipment, verify buffer and material availability, prepare production setups
- Write and input manufacturing recipes into computerized systems with production parameters
- Install single-use production kits and conduct purification operations manually or via automated recipes
- Execute chromatography, depth filtration, tangential filtration, and dialysis techniques
- Monitor batch traceability, document work logs, compile data, and participate in technical investigations
Requirements
- Bac +2/3 minimum: BTS biotechnology/chemistry, DUT, or professional license in pharmaceutical/biotech sectors
- 1–3 years hands-on experience in protein purification at any scale
- Strong understanding of purification processes for recombinant proteins and associated equipment
- Proficiency with computerized systems for batch recipe writing and management
- Experience or familiarity with single-use equipment environments
- Rigorous, curious, team-oriented, with ability to follow production schedules
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP requirements and aseptic manufacturing constraints
