Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Digital Service Delivery Manager MES (f/m) to join our Digital Department based in Toulouse, France.

The role will work right at the interface between our Space Systems business users, the internal Digital organization and the outsourced technical supporting teams, and covers a wide range of activities mainly in those two dimensions:

1. Service Delivery Management

2. Business Analyst

Your challenges:

• strong focus on end to end data continuity for building the spacecraft
• collaboration throughout Europe and IT/IS solutions that fulfill the necessary security requirements
• define the service and product line,
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations,
• monitor service performance and improvement,
• manage the support team that monitors, reports and fulfills the SLAs.
• manage the maintenance cost allocation together with the business
• Contribution to deliver and deploy new projects

This role is key for delivering efficient service and product to guarantee business satisfaction and cover the invested budget.

Your profile:

• Experience and technical knowledge on one or more of the main building blocks of the Space Systems
• End to End IT-Systems (Windchill, P11, 3DX, Delmia, Apriso)
• Experience in digital stakeholders (Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data Transport, etc.) for an optimized OQOCOT delivery while managing customer expectations
• A "Can Do" attitude that is opting for "win win"
• An interest in IT technology, spacecrafts and working in an international team
• A willingness and curiosity to learn and ramp up on new technology, solutions, products
• Language Skills: French and English at negotiation level

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
