• Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *Manufacturing Configuration Engineer (f/m)* to join our team based in *Toulouse, France* .

You will join a team dedicated to translating *engineering changes* into *operational manufacturing instructions*, maintaining configuration control, and ensuring* technical compliance*. Within this role, you will manage the *digital platform for Constituent Assembly (CA)* definition and cascade, ensuring that the E2E industrial process remains optimized through rigorous MOD impact *analysis and guidance on attestation consistency.* *Your working environment: * Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Analyze industrial change impacts from modification dossiers and build process changes to define the most efficient Point of Embodiment (PoE).
• Execute Constituent Assembly (CA) cascades with configuration dictionaries in the digital platform to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor technical compliance and attestation consistency, including Delta 2 gaps management and baseline follow-up.
• Ensure Manufacturing Engineering constraints are fully integrated during the MOD Instruction process and inform Process Engineers of repercussions.
• Contribute actively to the Change Process by filling PRS documentation and conducting CAIR monitoring.

• *Education* *: *Master degree in General or Mechanical Engineering.
• *Technical Expertise* *:* Strong knowledge of Airbus Business Process flow charts
• *Stakeholder Management* *:* Exceptional communication and synthesis skills with proven experience in Multi-Functional Team (MFT) environments.
• *Language Skills* *:* Professional English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• *Project Mindset* *:* Ability to work with proactivity and autonomy in a fast-paced industrial environment.
