• Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for *a Supplier Quality Specialist (f/m)* to join our POMDB department based in *Toulouse, France.*

You will be part of a team developing Detail Parts operational performance. As part of the Detail Parts Supply Team, you will be involved in a portfolio of around 15 hard metals machining, forming, and turning suppliers aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality. **Your working environment:** Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Deploy APQP deliverables (FMEA, Key Characteristics, Control Plans, MSA, SPC) with suppliers to secure convergence to industrial maturity targets.
• Perform product and Quality Management System (QMS) audits to evaluate compliance against EN9100, EASA, and Airbus standard requirements.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of non-conformities using 8D and 9S methodologies to eradicate supplier quality events.
• Analyze supplier performance KPIs and operational quality data to implement derisking, improvement, and recovery plans.
• Define and follow up on the supplier surveillance plan, identifying industrial risks and executing concrete mitigation action plans.
• Your boarding pass:*
• Professional experience in Supply Chain & Quality, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering
• Technical proficiency in APQP methods (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, Cp/Cpk)
• Proven experience as a Product or QMS Auditor/Assessor (EN9100, EASA regulations)
• Practical mastery of structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, PPS) and Lean tools (VSM, process improvement)
• English at an advanced level; French at a negotiation level
