We are looking for a Project Management - Methods & Tools Intern in Toulouse.

About the role:

As part of our Project Management Department, you will support the consolidation, optimization, and redevelopment of internal project management tools and methods.

Over time, our PM team has developed a variety of tools to support project monitoring and operations. While functional, these tools require structuring, automation, and improvement to support the department’s growth and its preparation to manage its own budget.

We are seeking a Project Management / PMO intern with a strong interest in methods, tools, automation, and process improvement, who will take ownership of improving these solutions and supporting their deployment within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

You will support the Project Management team by creating, enhancing, or automating tools and processes, including:

· Development and improvement of project monitoring dashboards and files

· Creation of workload compilation tools (resource planning, forecasting)

· Support on quotation and cost estimation tools

· Design of subcontractor reporting templates and workflows

· Definition, structuring, and tracking of KPIs

· Documentation and standardization of project management processes

· Recommendations to improve efficiency, structure, and data governance

· Support to the PM team during the deployment and adoption of new tools

What you need to be successful:

· Master’s degree level (Bac+5) or last year of engineering school with a specialization or strong interest in project management, methods, or operations

· Strong interest in project management methods, tools, automation, and process optimization

· Proficiency in English (working language)
Advanced Excel skills and programming capabilities (VBA or modern scripting tools)

· Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset

· Pragmatic approach with the ability to propose efficient and feasible solutions

· Detail-oriented and rigorous

· Available for a 6-month internship

Soft Skills:

· Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

· Structured and able to clearly synthesize complex information

· Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

· Good communication skills

· Team player with good interpersonal skill

Other useful skills:

· Familiarity with project management tools or PMO environments

· Experience with data structuring, reporting, or dashboard creation

· Knowledge of automation or scripting for process optimization

· Understanding of industrial, engineering, or technical project environments

· Previous internship or academic project related to project management, operations, or methods
