You will join a team acting as the crucial 'voice of the Finance function,' translating business strategies, requirements, and logic into functional design specifications. • **Y*our challenges:**
• **Strategic Process Architecture & Functional Product Design**

• Design and document the end-to-end 'best practice' workflows for global planning and reporting.
• Partner with the Financial Controlling Department of Airbus Commercial to understand their reporting/analysis needs. Translate complex business logic into concise functional requirements and design specifications for technical teams.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies in current financial processes and recommend functional system enhancements to drive improvement.

* **Project Leadership & Solution Design**

• Act as the primary functional expert on implementation teams during system selections and global rollouts, evaluating vendors and validating that the solution meets the functional requirements.
• Design comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and lead functional testing, ensuring new system features deliver the expected business value.
• Manage the prioritisation and release cycle for functional system enhancements, balancing competing stakeholder needs.

* * Adoption, Training, and Community Engagement *

• Build, mentor, and lead a global community of system super-users/power users.
• Lead the change management efforts for new processes and system deployments, driving user adoption and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain intuitive user guides, standard operating procedures, and training curricula. Deliver workshops and training sessions to end-users globally.

• *Your boarding pass:**
• At least 5 years of experience within a sophisticated Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Business Operations department, with an emphasis on planning, budgeting, and management reporting. A deep understanding of common finance workflows and metrics is essential.
• Proven track record in participating in multi-national implementations of enterprise financial planning or reporting tools (e.g., SAP BPC/SAC, IBM PA, etc).
• Demonstrated success in leading projects focused on process standardization, simplification, and digitization
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships, negotiate, and influence senior leaders at all organizational levels.
• Natural collaborator and team player, excels at bringing diverse groups together around a common objective.
• Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to problem solving.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and constantly evolving priorities; proactive and able to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in english
