• *Your challenges:**
• Product Management for IT Solutions and Services:*

• Act as the product owner for IT Solutions and Services, using Jira/Confluence to document requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs aligned with Airbus's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with development, security, and compliance teams to define MVPs for IT solutions (e.g., secure remote access platforms, compliance monitoring tools) and track progress via Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum/Kanban in Jira).
• Drive the lifecycle management of IT solutions using ServiceNow for IT service management (ITSM) and Confluence for centralized documentation.

* Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:*

• Ensure compliance of IT solutions with GDPR, ITAR, and national laws by integrating regulatory requirements into Confluence-based compliance matrices and ServiceNow workflows.
• Identify gaps in existing solutions using audit logs and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk) and propose mitigations documented in Jira tickets with clear ownership.

* Technology Evaluation & Vendor Management:*

• Research and evaluate technologies/tools (e.g., cloud platforms, encryption solutions) in collaboration with Enterprise Architects, documenting findings in Confluence and presenting recommendations via ServiceNow portals.
• Assess vendor compliance with Airbus's procurement policies using ServiceNow Vendor Management Module.

* Stakeholder Collaboration:*

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment by using Confluence spaces for shared documentation and Jira epics to track high-level initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable ServiceNow requests or Jira user stories.

* Implementation & Change Management:*

• Lead solutions/services deployments with ServiceNow Change Management workflows to minimize operational risks.
• Develop change management plans in Confluence, including rollback procedures and compliance impact assessments.

* Performance Monitoring & Incident Response:*

• Define KPIs in ServiceNow CMDB and monitor solution performance using Splunk/ELK Stack, with incident response coordinated via Jira Service Management.
• Document post-incident reviews in Confluence to prevent recurrence.

* Documentation & Standardization:*

• Maintain Compliance-as-Code documentation in Confluence, including design specs, runbooks, and ServiceNow-based compliance workflows.
• Contribute to Digital standards (e.g., secure coding guidelines, data classification policies) stored in Confluence and enforced via ServiceNow Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) modules.

* Continuous Improvement & Innovation:*

• Track emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven compliance tools) using ServiceNow Innovation Management and document insights in Confluence.
• Monitor industry benchmarks via Gartner/Forrester reports (linked in Confluence) to propose optimizations.

* Audit & Reporting Support:*

• Support audits by providing ServiceNow-generated compliance reports and Confluence-documented evidence of adherence to regulations.
• Prepare dashboards in ServiceNow Analytics to demonstrate solution performance and regulatory compliance.

• *Your profile:**
• Education:*

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. *Experience:*

• Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure management, with 2-3 years in product management or IT solutions delivery.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., defence, aerospace, healthcare) is highly desirable.

*Technical Skills:* - High level understanding of server architectures (physical, virtualized, containerized) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Proficiency in digital tools:

• Jira: Agile project management, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Confluence: Documentation (e.g., compliance matrices, runbooks, design specs), knowledge bases, and collaboration spaces.
• ServiceNow: IT Service Management (ITSM), Change Management, Compliance/GRC modules, and Vendor Management.
• Familiarity with compliance technologies (e.g., data loss prevention, encryption, IAM) and monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK Stack).
• Experience with incident response frameworks and audit logging.

*Regulatory Knowledge:*

• In-depth knowledge of GDPR, ITAR, CCPA, and national data protection laws (e.g., Spanish/EU regulations), EU Data and AI Acts.
• Understanding of data residency requirements and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
• Familiarity with defence-specific standards (e.g., DoD 8570, NIST SP 800-53).

*Soft Skills:*

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical/regulatory challenges.
• Strong communication to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., using Confluence visuals or ServiceNow dashboards).
• Ability to prioritize projects in fast-paced environments using Jira Agile tools.
• Leadership in driving alignment between technical teams and business goals.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
