Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line network support across Cisco, Aruba, and Arista environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a high-availability enterprise setting.
- Implement and manage network upgrades and changes as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to optimize network performance.
- Collaborate on network architecture and design improvements.
Skills/Must Have:
- Strong experience with Cisco, Aruba, and Arista networking technologies.
- Proven 3rd line network support experience within enterprise environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Toulouse as required.
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- Certifications (CCNP, Aruba, Arista) are a plus.
