**Job Description:** Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a * Procurement Business Lead - Digital & Innovation (m/f) ** to join our Materials & Parts Procurement (PM) department based in Toulouse, France. • Digital & Analytics Strategy: Define, deploy, and continuously refine the long-term Digital, Analytics & Process Strategy for the PM organization, aligning digital tools with supply chain objectives.
• Internal Governance Representation: Act as the main business point of contact and official representative of PM within key Airbus digital and transformation instances .
• Buyer Alignment & Fit-for-Purpose Solutions: Ensure all proposed and deployed digital tools strictly match operational buyers' expectations and daily business realities.
• Impact & Adoption Measurement: Define metrics to monitor tool usage, drive continuous optimization, and ensure tangible ROI on digital solutions.

2. Process Optimization & Core Digitalization Lead * Business Ownership for Core Procurement Processes: Act as the overall Business Owner leading the full digitalization of a mission-critical, dimensioning process across Procurement organizations . 3. Strategic Analytical Project Leadership: Aircraft Product Structure & BOM Integration ( Bill Of Material)

• Cross-Functional Data Architecture Strategy: Drive a high-impact, cross-functional initiative in close collaboration with the XBoM team to build a robust technical analytical environment centered on the aircraft Product Structure (Bill of Materials (BOM)) .
• End-to-End Data Governance & Quality: Identify mandatory technical and supply chain datasets, ensuring data completeness, consistency, and operational relevance. Engage and secure contributions from key upstream stakeholders beyond PM boundaries, including other internal functions
• Business Ownership for Analytics: Act as the Business Owner for the target analytics solution. Define operational use cases and technical specifications to transform complex Product Structure and Supply Chain data into actionable insights for buyers.
• Core Value & Strategic Impact: Establish a unified, end-to-end vision of how PM products are consumed across aircraft assembly lines, unlocking unprecedented transparency for strategic procurement decisions.

4. Community Enablement & AI Dissemination

• AI & Advanced Analytics Adoption: Identify and deploy pragmatic AI and data analytics use cases to directly enhance buyers' decision-making speed, market analysis, and risk management.
• Network Animation: Build and animate a digital & data network across the 200+ PM community to foster best practice sharing, upskilling, and change management.
• Team Management: Directly manage temporary staff and working students supporting digital transformation projects.
• Agile Short-Term Delivery & Apps Development: Drive immediate operational efficiency gains by mentoring and supervising a working student / developer apprentice to deploy quick-win digital tools and tactical applications built within the Google Workspace environment ( Google Apps Script ).
• Data Integrity & Trusted Datasets: Establish, govern, and maintain the data captured and generated through these operational tools, ensuring the creation of reliable, high-quality, and trusted datasets for downstream analytics.
• Long-Term Strategic Digital Roadmap: Define the progressive digitalization roadmap for the process, setting strategic guidelines as the project matures and evolves from short-term tools to target architecture.
• Enterprise-Grade Target Solution : Partner closely with internal digital teams to translate tactical tools and business requirements into a robust, scalable, enterprise-grade digital solution that guarantees long-term sustainability.
• *Your boarding pass:**
• Solid background in Procurement operations is required.
• Previous experience within Aerostructure and/or Raw Materials environments is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of aircraft Product Structure, BOM management, and procurement workflows.
• Proven capability to align technical engineering data with operational supply chain needs.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Owner driving end-to-end process optimization.
• Familiarity with agile prototyping environments (e.g., Google Apps Script) and experience transitioning tactical tools into robust enterprise digital solutions with internal digital partners
• Proven ability to define a functional strategy, structure roadmap priorities, and defend business cases in corporate or digital governance forums
• Strong passion for process optimization, efficiency gains, and pragmatism in solution design.
• High appetite for modern data analytics, tool ecosystems, and practical AI applications in business contexts.
• Strong Communication and influence skills to build consensus across operational buyers, Senior Management, central IT partners, as well as extended internal and external stakeholders across functions
