M&T Manager - Avionics Products (m/f)

**Job Description:** Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a * M&T Manager * (f/m) to join our * Avionics Products Development Department * based in * Toulouse, France * . You will be part of a team developing strategic avionics equipment and simulation solutions for all Airbus Aircraft Programs. As part of the Avionics & Simulation Domain, you will be involved in coaching process operations and driving improvements aiming at securing the deployment of the new PLM solution. • Ensure process adherence and effectiveness while driving continuous improvement of methods.
• Coordinate operational requests and provide tools, methods, or best practices to the department.
• Lead action plans for audits/reviews and deploy the Process Surveillance Plan.
• Manage Product Architecture topics within the framework of the new PLM for Avionics.
• Develop partnering with solution suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective deployment.

Your boarding pass:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 'out of the box' thinking.
• Knowledge and professional experience in Process Management.
• Excellent communication skills to present concepts clearly to customers and senior management.
• Ability to induce innovation and engage people in new operational visions.
• Negotiation level in both French and English is required.
