Supply Performance Manager M/F/X
Supply Performance Manager M/F/Xð¼Specifically, you will work on industrial projects: Deploy the Supply Chain strategy in line with the site's business and industrial challengesManage end-to-end flows, from procurement to customer delivery, in a multicultural environmentAnalyze Supply Chain KPIs, identify deviations and build action plans with reporting that can be directly used by managementAnticipate risks and secure industrial projects: production transfers, ramp-up, supplier changes, rate increases…Manage the relationship with strategic suppliers, often international: calls for tender, negotiations, performance monitoring, improvement plans and validation of first productions (FAI)Coordinate teams based in several countries and lead steering reviews, kick-offs and progress meetingsIdentify continuous improvement levers and contribute to the transformation of Supply Chain tools and processesYou will be joining a project with an international scope, managed in close collaboration with our teams based in Toulouse, within a demanding and rapidly evolving industrial environment.ðð»ð§ð» You have:A Bac+5 degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering or equivalentInitial significant experience in industrial Supply Chain, ideally in a complex and international environmentGood command of issues related to flows, procurement, planning, supplier performance and risk managementExperience in managing industrial suppliers, ideally with an international dimensionThe ability to work in project management mode and to coordinate different stakeholders Fluent professional English, essential for working with international teams and suppliersThe salary offered for this position is between 40,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
