**Job Description:** Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a **Lead Cabin FAL Interface** (m/f) to join our Cabin Supply Chain Department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing the ramp-up of the A321XLR. Within the Cabin Supplier Interface team, you will be involved in managing the FAL cabin interfaces to secure on-time and quality aircraft deliveries. Your challenges: * Drive the integration of highly customized cabin interiors for the A321XLR and A320 families. * Ensure on-time and compliant delivery of aircraft milestones, from Fit-Check to ownership transfer. * Lead cross-functional improvement projects and apply the PPS methodology to eradicate repetitive problems. * Anticipate design evolutions in coordination with the design office and Manufacturing Engineering. * Coordinate on-site suppliers, monitor delivery dates (ODD) and manage non-conformities via SQCDP rituals. Your boarding pass: * Confirmed professional experience in Quality, Production, Supply Chain or change management. * Proficiency in project management tools and SAP software (PEA, PAC modules). * Ability to manage supplier performance and secure complex logistics flows. * Negotiation level in English and advanced level in French are essential.
