• *Airbus Commercial Aircraft* * is looking for a * *Business Analyst - 'Customer Services' Configuration Services (m/f)* * to join our Configuration Services department based in * *Toulouse, France* . *

You will be part of a team responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of Product Life Cycle Management for all Airbus programs, in line with the group's strategy. Within the team, you will be involved in all activities led by the functional architect aimed at providing configuration services to customer service and technical data. **Your working environment:** Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • *Your challenges:**
• Define the future direction of IT products by aligning technical architecture with the organization's strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Perform the functional and technical design of solutions, creating models and patterns that guide technological decisions.
• Act as the focal point between Product Management and technical teams to ensure solution integrity throughout the development cycle.
• Provide critical support to development teams regarding business domains (data ingestion, product structure management, compliance, and distribution).
• Ensure the application of quality standards (Built-In Quality) and compliance with Airbus processes (Scaled Agile / M20543) during all project phases.
• *Your boarding pass:**
• Solid experience (5 years min.) in SAFe methodology applied to configuration management or Product Structure and data distribution.
• Technical expertise related to the position: knowledge of the components and patterns handled by the ART; familiarity with the Airbus IT landscape (notably APS and 3DExperience) would be highly appreciated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills , team spirit, strong communication, and the ability to simplify complex concepts, along with leadership qualities.
• Curiosity for the aerospace sector (Airbus A/C) and IT technologies.
• Negociation level in English is mandatory, German or French are a plus
