- Gather and Prioritize requirements
- Coordinate projects & requests
- Ensure the right level of Services?
- Monitor the performance of our externalized run supplier (SLAs follow-up, invoices control, security patching level, problem management, continuous improvement, ...)
- Coordinate technical MFTs in case of a major incident / crisis
- Budget forecast and follow-up (approx. 3m€)
- Monitor obsolescence and lead minor upgrades implementation
- Organize regular surveys measuring our customers satisfaction
- Facilitate the discussion between our customers and our experts or our run supplier
- Steering an outsourced contract: being strong on the contract execution (price, SLA, priorities, ...), while being fair and building trust with the run supplier
- Work under the stress during outages
- Rigorous, organized and able to follow multiple activities in parallel
- Professional experience: 5+ years in infrastructure operations or similar experience
- Basic knowledge in hosting: Windows OS, Linux OS, patching solutions (WSUS / MCEM / RedHat Sat), VMware, Active Directory / Linux IdM
- Basic knowledge in network: LAN / WAN, TCP/IP
