**Job Description:** Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Test Technician (m/f) to join our Test department based in Toulouse, France. As a Test Technician, you will be part of a team of 30 people who develop tests on the assembly line. **Your work environment:** World capital of aeronautics and European capital of space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the south-west of France served by an international airport. Wherever possible, we foster flexibility in our working methods to stimulate the spirit of innovation. **Your challenges:** * **Tests and compliance:** Perform and validate operational tests to certify that the aircraft complies with flight standards. * **Safety:** Guarantee the safety of stakeholders and the integrity of the aircraft during all test and intervention phases. * **Technical execution:** Perform ground tests by scrupulously following test instructions (standardized or repeated) and work orders, while respecting quality, cost and deadline objectives. * **Diagnosis and troubleshooting:** Analyze electrical diagrams to identify the precise origin of a fault and conduct specific tests to resolve malfunctions. * **Continuous improvement:** Actively participate in problem solving to optimize work processes. * **Risk prevention:** Apply protective measures against damage caused by foreign objects or debris (risks related to forgotten tools or elements). Follow-up and Collaboration * **Anomaly management:** Declare and monitor non-conformities in order to organize the necessary repairs or obtain final certification. * **Data optimization:** Transmit user modification requests to design departments to improve the clarity and efficiency of future test procedures. * **Business interface:** Work in close collaboration with the test designer, the Design Office, quality inspectors, mechanics and workshop managers. * **Documentation:** Ensure rigorous updating of all technical files and monitoring documents under your responsibility. **Your boarding pass:** * Confirmed test technician (around 2 to 3 years of experience) or * young graduate from an electro-technical or electronic training course The position is organized in 2*8 shift hours (morning/afternoon alternation), VSD or inter You don't match 100%?
