• Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *Joiner Mover Leaver & Business Transformation Specialist* (f/m) to join our *Identity and Access Management (IAM)* department based in *Toulouse*, France.

You will be part of a team managing the Identity and access value chain for Airbus employees, customers and suppliers during onboarding, mobility and offboarding. As part of the *IAM JML (Joiner Mover Leaver)* team, you will be involved in integrating and streamlining identities across multiple business entities during M&A activities, aiming at designing unified access solutions and bridging disparate IT environments. *Your working environment:* Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Serve as the subject matter authority on the product's architecture, capabilities, and limitations, while consulting with business units to provide strategic guidance.
• Propose innovative technical solutions and workflows, executing hands-on product configurations tailored to the functional requirements of the user base.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of new feature rollouts, from initial technical assessment and testing to final deployment.
• Monitor system health and performance proactively, identifying areas for optimization to enhance the user experience.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities continually to reduce incidents, problems, and manual actions.
• Your boarding pass:*
• Demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with deep knowledge of identity protocols and directory services (Active Directory/Entra ID).
• Advanced hands-on experience in configuring Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to map complex business roles to technical permissions across legacy platforms.
• Solid communication and change management skills to guide business users and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver clear technical documentation and strong awareness of key cybersecurity principles in software design.
• Negotiation level of English.
