Aircraft Retrofit Services - Offer Manager (F/M)

**Job Description:** Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Offer Manager (f/m)* to join our *Airframe Services team* based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing *the Services product and services portfolio ranging from upgrades of systems and cabin all the way to lifecycle services*. As part of the *Lifecycle Services team*, you will be involved in *the End to End accountability of the offer process from customer request to customer acceptance* aiming at *delivering a complete, accurate and competitive ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude)/Offer in the frame of the lifecycle portfolio*. Services consist amongst others of parking & storage, CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation), embodiment of cabin and systems upgrades, external livery, aircraft maintenance, flight services and lease transition & return services Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Understanding of customer requests and needs provided through Airbus Sales, and providing our expertise to Sales during meetings with Customers or during sales campaigns
• Preliminary evaluation of technical work scope to be proposed, and the work sharing to be set up between Airbus departments, MRO, external suppliers and sub-contractors
• Assessment of the industrial solutions to be put in place by running preliminary business case, and highlighting recommendations, pre-requisites, risks for each industrial solutions (ensuring that the solution proposed is in line with Airbus and Regulatory requirements)
• Working jointly with Procurement (PESA) for daily activities and write technical specifications for the management of call for tender through ePROC (Airbus Procurement tool) for the sub-contracting of Part 145 MRO, External CAMO, and External DOA
• Issuance of a preliminary business case sheet (BCS) of the services proposed in accordance with our operational policy and process, BCS financial figures presentation for go/no go decision, Commercial Offer for the customer, and Handover to the Project Manager of the project information
• Your boarding pass:*
• Bac+5 in engineering or similar degree
• 10+ years of professional experience in aircraft In-Service environment or aeronautics field
• Cabin modification knowledge: Proven expertise in the entire cabin modification process, from technical work scope evaluation to the creation of service bulletins
• Further knowledge in the following areas is a plus: all Airbus Aircraft family knowledge, maintenance activities (Part 145), especially experience in MRO/CAMO environment, aircraft systems, external livery will be appreciated
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and communication, Ability to synthesize information and be well organized, Ability to adjust to changing business environment and customer priorities
• Excellent written and spoken English & Digital mindset is a plus
