**Job Description:** Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Business Digital leader of* * Strategic Sourcing Solutions (f/m**)* to join our Strategic procurement based in Toulouse, (France) or Hamburg (Germany). You will be part of a team developing Strategic digital solutions . As part of the Strategic Sourcing Solutions, you will be involved in Airbus's global Center of Competence for Procurement and Supply Chain applications, encompassing approximately 4,000 employees. aiming at [drive the identification, implementation, and optimization of innovative technological solutions to meet the digital buyer strategy. **Your working environment:** Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • *Your challenges:**
• Lead the end to end deployment of Strategic sourcing and contract life cycle digital solutions tailored to commodity needs.
• Partner closely with DOP Digital IT teams in order to define functional and technical architecture with data and process intact.
• Responsible for overall solution architecture of digital products
• Contribute to defining the overall digital strategy and solution roadmap.
• Maintain a constant technology watch on market trends, innovations, and best practices in digital solutions (SaaS, Cloud, AI, automation, etc.).
• Evaluate opportunities for integrating new technologies to improve business processes and user experience.
• Work with focal points across divisions to evaluate the end to end use cases for artificial intelligence through the digital buyer experience in order to build AI solutions.
• Deliver on Time, on Cost, on Quality the design, deployment and support of continuously improved Digital solutions with the decommissioning of previous systems, for all Commodities
• Harmonization/rationalization of procurement information systems throughout Airbus Group, including with Airbus subsidiaries.
• *Your boarding pass:**
• Master degree education in business management or procurement
• + 8 years experience in procurement in an international industrial environment
• Digital knowledge, expertise is procurement solutions
• Strong Project leadership skills, with experience in multinational or cross-divisional team
• Customer centric mindset
• Procurement/operational experience or knowledge
• Procurement business challenges understanding
• Ability to create an efficient network and collaborate within Procurement and other stakeholders
• Digital competencies and innovation spirit
• Mindset to learn and stay proactive at all times
• Artificial intelligence skills would be strong plus
