• Airbus Commercial Aircraft *is looking for an *Avionics Customer Support Engineer (f/m)* to join our In-Service Engineering department in *Toulouse, France.*

You will join the team in charge of cockpit communication and datalink systems (ATA 23/46) to provide daily technical support to airlines and act as the 'Voice of the Customer' within Airbus. You will work in an international, multi-cultural, and fast-paced environment. *Your working environment:* Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Answer airline technical queries related to operations and provide on-site troubleshooting assistance.
• Anticipate recurring in-service technical issues and influence current and future aircraft design evolution.
• Coordinate engineering activities with regional support centers (Bangalore, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai, Mirabel, Beijing) and tier 2 suppliers.
• Lead technical forums, workshops, and represent Airbus at major customer symposiums and reviews.
• Apply Airbus processes to deliver customer technical support and ensure Entry Into Service readiness.
• Your boarding pass:*
• Background in engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience in the avionics domain.
• Proven experience in aircraft systems troubleshooting, maintenance, and airline operations.
• Negotiation level in English, with strong oral and written presentation skills.
• Great interpersonal, leadership, and coordination skills to work across multi-cultural teams.
• High flexibility and adaptability to manage stand-by duty and worldwide travel availability.
