MedTech Device Field Service Engineer or Technician Flexible/Part Time - France
IQVIA seeks a Field Service Engineer or Technician to install and configure automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities across France. This flexible, assignment-based role involves technical assembly, testing, and commissioning work with 16-30 hours per week plus travel.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and install automated medication dispensing systems and conveyors
- Install pneumatic devices, RFID readers, sensors, and structured cabling
- Commission electronic and electrical systems according to technical specifications
- Conduct post-installation testing, record data, and ensure quality compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and healthcare personnel on timelines and workflows
Requirements
- Baccalauréat diploma required
- Minimum 1 year electronics, hardware, software, or mechanical experience
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to read schematics, use hand and power tools, and assemble components
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for regional and national travel
- Healthcare facility credentialing clearance and required immunizations
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
