• *Airbus Commercial Aircraft* * is looking for * a *Supplier Development Manager (f/m)* * to join our Procurement & Supplier Management department based in **Toulouse, France.**

You will be part of a team developing supply chain performance and industrial robustness. As part of the Supplier Development team, you will be involved in crisis interventions and performance improvement projects directly at supplier sites aiming at securing deliveries on time/on quality and upgrading supply chain maturity. **Your working environment:** Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • *Your challenges:**
• Intervene directly on-site at supplier facilities to deploy crisis management methodologies and secure delivery schedules.
• Diagnose organizational and procedural weaknesses to define and execute targeted quality and supply chain improvement plans.
• Conduct industrial robustness, production capacity, and capability audits across suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis) and coach executive supplier management teams.
• Lead strategic supplier transformation projects to mitigate quality risks and reinforce supply chain sustainability.
• *Your boarding pass:**
• Academic background in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven background in industrial crisis management, capacity auditing, and supplier performance recovery.
• Advanced mastery of continuous improvement methodologies and quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, process control).
• High degree of autonomy and strong leadership skills to influence executive stakeholders (frequent travel required, up to 90% on-site).
• Negotiation level in English (required for international deployments).
