We are looking for an Electrical System (harnesses and Cubicles) Buyer based in Toulouse to manage Procurement activities related to Rolling Stock Projects developped by our Electrical Center of Excellense.

Within this mission you will be attached to the Commodity Manager of this segment and you will be in charge to :

• Deploy the global Strategy for this scope (partnership approach, risks management, coordination between seral plant, panel management...)
• Ensure RFQ on CoE Project and negotiate the best compromise
• Increase BCC within defined Supplier Panel
• Manage multi-site activities and cooridnate Electrical network
• Support (re)design to cost action through business case (TCO)
• Participate to the Make or Buy strategy
• Support crisis resolution (quality, delay, invoicing...) with internal department
• Ensure right QCDT performance on his Projects

Also we work closely within Supplier Quality Development team on:

• Supplier Audits (generic + specific process) and Supplier performance follow-up and associated action plan
• Defined right panel for each products
• Follow-up of supplier non-conformity and deviation request
