• Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for an *Environment Health & Safety Business Partner (f/m)* to join our Environment, Health & Safety department based in* Toulouse, France.*

You will be part of a team that develops risk prevention policies across operational sectors. Within the EHS BP team, you will be involved in the interface between the HSE department and operational sectors aiming to deploy the site's EHS policy and ensure a culture of safety. Your working environment: Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities!

• Your challenges :*
• *Risk Management & Prevention:* Actively participate in the identification and mitigation of operational risks to ensure a safe work environment.
• *Operational Support:* Support the various sectors in implementing EHS regulations and maintaining the continuous compliance of their activities.
• *Continuous Improvement:* Contribute to the improvement of working conditions and health/safety standards while reducing environmental impacts.
• *Action Planning:* Develop recommendations and participate in the creation of strategic action plans to secure the professional environment.
• *Process Guardianship:* Act as the guarantor for process adherence, verifying the proper application of EHS requirements and the effectiveness of measures put in place.
• Your boarding pass:*
• *Minimum 3 years of professional experience* in EHS / ESQ, ideally within a complex industrial environment.
• *Technical Expertise:* Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.
• *Stakeholder Management:* Proven ability to obtain acceptance and drive change in contexts involving divergent interests and significant stakes.
• *Problem Solving:* Capacity to solve conceptual problems by combining various technical and analytical techniques.
• *Autonomy & Methodology:* Ability to determine and implement methods/processes with a high level of proactivity and minimal systematic validation.
