Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Educate customers on services and guide them through their options.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with customer service software is a plus.
