Depending on the site: health services center, concierge services, gym, carpooling application.Individual development: Great upskilling opportunities and development prospects with unlimited access to +10.000 e-learning courses to develop your employability, Your challenges:As Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager, you will be the Airbus representative and manage relationships with suppliers/vendors on the support & services perimeter.1) Airlines and Customers SupportNegotiate supplier support conditions in order to protect Airlines and Airbus interest for support activities (such as but not limited to Spares price, GMTBUR, GDMC..)Act in escalation on customer issues and contribute to communication and events with customersControl and run every year spares price variation2) Be the S (Customer Services) focal point for Cargo & CabinBe the primary S focal point for PE MFTs and contribute to MFT strategyIntegrate S (on the overall support & services perimeter) view in Call for Tender selection reportsSupport procurement projects3) Manage suppliersContribute to Procurement Senior Management Meeting and Organize S Senior Management MeetingDrive Supplier Support Rating and associated improvement plan for Airlines and AirbusLead escalation to supplier on specific topics4) Integrate overall Support & Services viewContribute to Service Forum to deploy new business modelsAct in escalation on supplier support & services related issuesOrganize periodic aftermarket review with key suppliersSupport customer services projects with impact or contribution from suppliers (A380 obsolescence, Program EIS ..)
