Job Description

Generative AI, Copilot, Low-code/No-code and new digital practices are transforming the enterprise user environment. This role is aimed at a Senior Change Management Consultant, autonomous in designing and delivering change management programmes.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Change Management Consultant (M/F), you participate in pre-sales, study, strategy, user support plan delivery and functional oversight phases of projects.

• Support our clients in their change strategy
• Facilitate workshops on practices and usage within organisations
• Understand the impacts, functional and organisational requirements of the client around user services
• Map user profiles and use cases
• Recommend governance strategies, particularly around the contribution of AI in daily operations
• Define a target and trajectory
• Design and oversee change management plans, scoping studies and impact assessments
• Operate autonomously on scoping and pre-sales phases
• Monitor the IT transformation of our clients
• Actively contribute to the development and enrichment of the offering

Qualifications

Profile:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have significant experience in change management, particularly on issues related to user and client support in their digital transformation projects.

You are able to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders, from executives to operational staff.

Passionate about new digital uses, you work on transformative digital projects.

Your expertise and appetite for challenge will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions involving complex and heterogeneous issues.

You have a strong general knowledge, notably a good understanding of Microsoft solutions.

A strong communicator, you are able to adapt to both teamwork and client projects, and your dynamism allows you to convince and unite people.

You have several years of experience in change management and the implementation of communication/training plans.

English proficiency is essential.

Experience: 5 years.
