We are looking for *Fleet Structural Support Daily Repair engineer *to come onboard in our * Structures Fleet Support Department * in * Alexandre Roudot *'s team : a team of * 12 * collaborators! * Your Mission * As a Daily Repair Fleet Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Provide timely technical support to customers on a 7-days-per-week basis, including participation in morning and evening shifts.
• Evaluate daily customer requests regarding structural damage on in-service aircraft.
• Describe all the actions needed to repair aircraft via Structural Repair Instructions.
• Investigate the existence of previous cases of damage and similar repairs to ensure consistent support.
• Develop generic repair procedures to effectively address recurring issues.
• Customer and Stakeholder Liaison: Employing communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders. oversee the entire lifecycle of global critical queries, from initial receipt to full resolution, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Design Organization Engagement: Actively participating in Design Organization activities by preparing and releasing critical approval documents (such as Technical Adaptation and Structural Repair Approval Sheets) under Part21J delegation
• Subcontractor Supervision: Managing the portfolio of subcontractors, ensuring clear work specifications/rules/criteria, expectations AND systematic monitoring of OTD/OQD. A strong technical background allows for thorough technical checks, ensuring high standards.
• Frequent interactions with customers, with stress office, Repair Drawing Team and other ATR departments (customer support, spares engineering, safety, quality, etc).
• About you *
• Educational Background: Master's degree (Bac +5) in aeronautical structures or mechanical engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in aircraft structure stress analysis or repair. Demonstrated expertise in complex structural repair and support, with a track record of successful problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
• *Technical Skills:*
• Proficiency in aircraft structures (preferably ATR structures).
• Expertise in aircraft structural repair principles (both metallic and composite).
• In-depth knowledge of metallic and composite materials.
• Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods.
• Knowledge of Leonardo / Airbus drawings is a plus.
• *Language Skills:*
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• Italian is a plus.
• *IT Skills:*
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ATR IT tools (CRM, SAMONIT, GILDA) is advantageous.
• *Soft Skills:*
• Autonomous and rigorous with strong organizational skills.

Nous recherchons un(e) *Ingénieur Support Structure *pour rejoindre notre Département *Support Structure*. * Votre mission * En tant qu'ingénieur support flotte, vous serez responsable de :

• Assurer un support technique réactif aux clients tous les jours de la semaine, en participant également aux shifts du matin et du soir.
• Évaluer les demandes quotidiennes des clients concernant les dommages structurels sur les avions en service.
• Décrire toutes les actions nécessaires à la réparation des avions via des instructions de réparation structurelle.
• Examiner l'existence de cas précédents de dommages et de réparations similaires afin d'assurer une assistance cohérente.
• Développer des procédures de réparation génériques permettant de traiter efficacement les problèmes récurrents.
• Relations clients et parties prenantes : Utiliser vos compétences en communication pour assurer la liaison efficace avec les clients et parties prenantes internes. Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie des demandes critiques mondiales, depuis la réception initiale jusqu'à la résolution complète, en garantissant transparence, précision et satisfaction client tout au long du processus.
• Engagement avec l'Organisation de Conception : Participer activement aux activités de l'Organisation de Conception en préparant et en diffusant des documents d'approbation critiques (tels que les Adaptations Techniques et les Fiches d'Approbation de Réparation…
