- Job Vacancy: Flight Operations Support - Flight Dispatcher*
- *Location:* Operational Control Center, Flight & Integration Test Centre, Toulouse
- Key Tasks & Accountabilities *
- 1. Daily Front Office Flight Dispatcher Tasks:*
- Support daily development and production flights based in Toulouse.
- Ensure safe dispatch regarding airspace, traffic, and meteorological constraints.
- Liaise with Air Traffic Management and airport authorities.
- Draft and file flight plans (GAT + OAT) and maintain permanent flight tracking.
- Manage operational awareness, brief crews.
- Actively monitor/coordinate the Emergency Response Plan in an incident/accident event.
- 2. Daily Back Office Flight Dispatcher Tasks:*
- Prepare and support external missions, manage on-site coordination/logistics (routings, overflight permits, ground handling, ATC & airport approvals, hotels, transport).
- Support the Flight Tests community with your expertise.
- Maintain/update technical reference processes
- Travel Requirements: *Worldwide missions (approx. ~1 week ~5 times/year).
- Required skills *
- Dispatcher diploma with Airline / OCC experience (minimum 2 years).
- Adaptable to an operational, reactive environment
- Two-shift teamwork, weekend & bank holidays standby
- Very good English and intermediate French level.
- Digital tools knowledge is a plus.
