Masseur-Kinésithérapeute (H/F)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Masseur‑Kinésithérapeute (F/H) to work full‑time with children and adolescents (ages 3‑20) who have motor disabilities, polyhandicaps, or severe intellectual impairments. You will contribute to a multidisciplinary environment that provides adapted education, therapeutic care, and psycho‑educational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions to children and adolescents with complex needs.
• Collaborate closely with educators, psychologists, nurses, and other specialists to design and adjust therapeutic plans.
• Participate in the daily care routine of the child and health sectors , including interventions on specialized units for motor impairments and polyhandicaps.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to multidisciplinary case reviews.
• Promote a respectful, empathetic atmosphere that encourages patient confidence and family involvement.

Required Profile

• State‑recognized Diploma of Masseur‑Kinésithérapeute (or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to show empathy and respect toward patients and families.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational skills and a rigorous approach to clinical practice.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied schedules and the specific needs of the pediatric population.
