Mission: He / She must manage the adequacy between strategic objectives and Information System (IS). He/She converts and defines requirements to ISD, and secure availability and quality of the data.

ACTIVITIES

Manage the link between internal services and IT solution department.

· Work closely with support functions, Contract managers, Operations and IT solution department

· Centralize the requirements from support functions, operations and contract management

· Define the scope, objectives, definition of the need with demanders

· Identify and coordinate stakeholders in order to build the solution (resources, key users, impacted parties)

Collect and analyse data

· Define data required and data source

· Verify quality and availability of the data

· Define clear specifications and template. Validate with demanders

· Check feasibility with IT solution department

· Define a timeline with IT solution department

Propose and test a solution

· Test the solution

· Implement the solution

· Control the application

Manage data Quality

· Verify data quality in the reports and tools

· track actions with IT SOLUTION DEPARTMENT or involved parties on data deviations.

In liaise IT SOLUTION DEPARTMENT , and quality department :

· Contribute to continuous improvement of process and tools : digital transformation, data management and standardization.

· Build a tracker of existing reports and avoid duplications of documents

· Build a index of data , definition and usage.

He/she will intervene at different step of the organization · Offer : contribute to build operational set up

· Implementation : build contract reports

· Run : maintain data quality and reporting.

SKILLS

For this position, the successful candidate should have a good transport & logistics background

· Strategic and operational vision rigor in the collection and processing data

· Strong analytical and problem solving problems

· Spirit of analysis and investigation

· Strength of proposal and conviction

· Writing skills

· Sectoral curiosity and taste for technological innovation.

· Strong knowledge in Data Analysis

· Strong basis in informatic systems .

· Good in leading meetings (Internal, 3PL, Customer)

· Good presentation and communication skills

· Well-organized & structured mindset

· Ability to work under pressure in a matrix organization.

· Good in projet management

· Solid working knowledge of standard computer applications including MS Office (especially Excel)

EXPERIENCE

· 3-5 years experience

· Business analyst (Air & Sea freight operations)

· 4PL / Control Tower Structure

· Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing

QUALIFICATIONS · Licence Degree in data analysis, data science and forecasts

· Ability to travel (25%)

· Fluent English, French and a local language is a plus
