**Job Description:** Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a **DFS Senior Business Owner (f/m)** to join our **Control Methods and Tools** based in **Toulouse**, France. You will be part of a team developing state-of-the-art digital methods and tools to design and develop Aircraft Flight Controls for current and future programs. As part of the Aircraft Control Digital Solutions team, you will be involved in the massive refactoring of a critical Detailed Functional Specification (DFS) authoring tool aiming at driving strategic business value and unifying system engineering ways of working. **Your working environment:** Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. **Your challenges:** * Orchestrate stakeholders by identifying, capturing, and prioritizing macro-requirements to serve the entire Product Line. * Drive process unification and standardization into a Unified Way of Working (WoW) compliant with Airbus methods and future data standards. * Steer the roadmap and business value in partnership with the Product Manager to define release plans (MVP focus) and track success KPIs. * Oversee change management by defining the timeline for the decommissioning strategy, data migration, and user training programs. **Your boarding pass:** * At least 10 years of professional experience in System Engineering. * Deep knowledge of formal specification tools and languages (e.g., SCADE or SAO-like applications). * Substantive knowledge of the DO-331 regulation (Model Based Development and Verification Supplement to DO-178C). * Proven ability to translate technical complexity into business-value driven language. * Demonstrated experience in Stakeholder Management to align diverse, cross-functional teams in complex environments.
