We are recruiting Project Managers, Product Owners, and Developers to deliver and evolve critical tools that enable system design across all Airbus aircraft programmes. Open Positions across 2 System Design Offices in Toulouse:

• Avionics Software
  
• Aircraft Control
  

Your challenges:

As part of the System Methods & Tools community, your main challenges will be to:

• Manage tool development projects : define strategy, budget, scope, and planning
  
• Lead or execute tools development activities in Agile/SAFe framework : capture needs, design solutions, prototype, manage backlogs, and validate releases
  
• Act as a trusted partner for system designers by providing fast, relevant technical support
  
• Promote harmonized methods across the domain
  
• Support adoption of new tools and digital practices such as DevOps and Artificial Intelligence within the design teams
  

Your boarding pass:

We’re looking for motivated individuals with a mix of technical and soft skills:

• Experience in managing planning, scope, budget, and team coordination
  
• Backlog prioritization, requirement specification, and solution validation
  
• Software development: object-oriented programming (C++, Python, Java, QT, QML)
  
• Rapid prototyping and practical tool development
  
• UML knowledge is a plus
  
• Familiarity with system engineering is a strong advantage
  
• Strong user focus and ability to understand operational needs
  
• Team player with excellent communication
  
• Self-starter, curious and proactive
  
• Proficient in English (negotiation level)
  
• French: conversational level is a plus
