You will be part of a team that develops equipment for the flight control system. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. * Your challenges * o * Plan, lead, and execute * equipment integration activities using simulation and modeling for current and future aircraft. o * Establish * and implement modeling and simulation standards for flight control equipment suppliers. o * Manage * equipment models within system and aircraft models. o * Adapt * models for a dual application: the aircraft model and equipment simulation (to understand an in-service event, for example). o * Plan * , lead, and execute co-simulation activities to obtain mature equipment specifications for current and future aircraft. o * Define and implement * the upskilling plan for your colleagues. o * Oversee * outsourced activities. Depending on the candidate's readiness, the position could be a TSL position (Technical Skills Leader). * Your boarding pass * o Engineering degree or equivalent. o * Minimum of 10 years * of professional experience. o Expertise in simulation with * Matlab, Simulink, Simscape, * etc. o Specific interest and prior experience with hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment. o Project management experience and strong communication skills. o Leadership skills. o * Language skills: * Advanced English, fluent French.
