* Airbus Commercial Aircraft * is looking for an * Electronic Boards Physical Designer * * (f/m) * to join our "Electronics Products Department" based in * Toulouse, France. *

* Avionics and Simulation organization * is an in-house avionics equipment and simulators supplier.
This domain deals with Avionics Technologies that are one of the fastest growing sectors in A/C systems due to their innovative approaches (zero emissions, artificial intelligence, big data analytics...
).

The scope of our activities also extends to other Airbus divisions and partners in some cases.

Within the Hardware detailed design team, which maintains a core competence of the Departement, the role involves the disciplines dealing with placement and routing of analog and digital electronic boards.
These operational activities are carried out in accordance with the avionics requirements (Safety, Environment, Certification, Industrial, Performance, Obsolescence, ...
) and the program requirements (costs, schedule...
).

* Your challenges:
*

* Perform component placement and routing, applying board development process for CAD design.

* Master CAD design tools and development environment.

* Ensure compliance with design requirements.

* Interface with Project, Manufacturing Techno, Test, Packaging, Thermal, Electronic Design, EMC, Methods, Tools, and Production teams.

* Apply and ensure compliance with development methodological requirements (CAD phase analysis and PCB finalization).

* Develop and update business documents to capitalize on feedback on tool usage and methodology for future developments.

* Your boarding pass:
*

* Significant experience in printed circuit placement and routing, including HDI/via-in-pad technologies and ZUKEN CR-8000.

* Ability to meet agreed deadlines and contribute to OTD, Cost & Quality goals within a multidisciplinary team.

* Intermediate French and English.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
