ATR - Supplier Account Manager Referent

- Your Mission *
- As a Supplier Account Manager*
- *Supply Operations:*
- Ensure global supplier performance on quality, on time to meet ATR requirements,
- In charge of the Purchase Orders creation, acknowledgment, estimated delivery dates, delay and priority for a dedicated portfolio of Suppliers,
- Be the focal point and preferred contact with the Supplier to ensure and manage the daily workflow,
- *Performance Follow-up:*
- Manage & follow the Supplier performance with specific KPIs :
- OTD, OQD, OTIF (On Time in Full), DOD (Depth of Delay), Discrepancies, Sales orders backlog VS Suppliers backlog.
- Manage the dedicated SAP & Excel reports for the Supplier follow-up,
- Manage the relations between Supplier & ATR internal Services for Spares orders,
- To submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned,
- To set-up operational review meetings with Suppliers in order to monitor performances and address open issues,
- Performing regular industrial assessment at the Supplier facilities - Gemba walk,
- To support Procurement teams to settle Procurement disputes.
- *Crisis Management:*
- Be the focal point to manage the Supply Chain crisis for a dedicated portfolio of Suppliers,
- Provisioning follow-up through 'Line of Balance', Shortages Management & dedicated weekly 'Crisis' meetings,
- Catch information & updates from the Suppliers and share them with our internal Customers: Front Offices, Vendors, Procurement... + update the ERP
- Participate as Supply Chain representative to the dedicated internal "Task Forces" associated to the portfolio of Suppliers.
- *Continuous improvement:*
- Lead transversal projects (Supply and related to IT Dpt.),
- Develop and analyze performance reporting in order to improve the Inventory Supply Activities
- As a Referent:*
- *Management Support & Activity Monitoring*
- Act as a manager relay to daily monitoring business activities, operational priorities awareness,
- Drive operational KPIs and identify risks by anticipating major crisis and co-build mitigation actions,
- Foster communication by being the team speaker to represent/coordinate the team on across stakeholders.
- *Process & Operational Focal Point*
- Act as the focal point for all processes related to the Spares activity, including SAP flows, internal procedures, subcontracting activities, and coordination with internal stakeholders,
- Ensure compliance with Supply Chain processes and operational standards,
- Provide operational guidance and day-to-day support to team members,
- Support onboarding and training activities for newcomers regarding tools, processes, and best practices.
- *Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence*
- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency, performance, and ways of working,
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reporting tools, and operational workflows,
- Drive transversal projects in collaboration with Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT departments,
- Contribute to process standardization, digitalization, and simplification initiatives,
- Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
- About you *
- Graduated in engineering, logistics, business, or commerce, with 5 to 10 years of experiences
- *Experiences :* Supply Chain or Procurement or aftermarket
- *Languages :* English : mandatory, negotiation level - French : Fluent - Italian is a plus

- Votre mission *
- En tant que Supplier Account Manager*
- *Opérations d'approvisionnement :*
- Garantir la performance globale des fournisseurs en matière de qualité et de respect des délais pour répondre aux exigences ATR.
- Responsable de la création, de l'accusé de réception, des dates de livraison estimées, des délais et des priorités des bons de commande pour un portefeuille dédié de fournisseurs.
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des fournisseurs pour assurer et gérer le flux de travail quotidien.
- *Suivi des performances :*
- Gérer et suivre les performances des fournisseurs grâce à des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) spécifiques : OTD, OQD, OTIF (On Time in Full), DOD (Depth of Delay), Écarts, carnet de commandes clients vs carnet de commandes fournisseurs.
- Gérer les rapports SAP et Excel dédiés au suivi des fournisseurs.
- Gérer les relations entre les fournisseurs et les services internes d'ATR pour les commandes de pièces détachées.
