**Job Description:** Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Strategic Buyer (f/m)* to join our *Equipment and Systems Procurement* department based in Toulouse, France . You will be part of a team developing the architecture and supplier base of tomorrow's systems . As part of the *Electrica l Systems * team, you will be involved in driving sourcing activities and contract negotiations aiming at optimizing revenue, cost, and EBIT contribution while securing supplier performance . * Your w orking environment: * Global c apital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France serv ed by an international airport . • *Your challenges:**
• Establish and implement the sourcing strategy for the energy storage & energy conversion perimeter, including managing call for tenders .
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements to achieve optimum purchasing conditions and customer value .
• Monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle (innovation, development, serial, support) to ensure full compliance with terms and conditions .
• Drive supplier performance across all dimensions (quality, logistics, support, cost) while managing supply chain risks and opportunities .
• Active contribution to Multifunctional Teams (MFT) to align strategies across Programs, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Services .
• *Your boarding pass:**
• Professional experience in strategic procurement, complex tendering, or contract management .
• Technical expertise in commercial negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and financial analysis (TCO, EBIT contribution) .
• Strong track record in defining sourcing strategies and leading tender processes (RFP/RFQ) .
• Proven ability to engage in R&T projects and mitigate supply chain risks within cross-functional environments .
• Negotiation-level proficiency in English .
