• Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *Tech Data PSL (Product Service Line) Application Manager (f/m)* to join our *Customer services Techdata IT department* based in *Toulouse, France.*

You will join an IM (Information Management) team for Airbus Customer Services in charge of delivering Technical data (documentation of our aircrafts) to the Airlines. Our mission is to set-up and drive projects to deliver IT solutions that support digital transformation and efficient operations in front of our Airlines customers.In this frame, we are looking for an Application manager in order to ensure that our applications are well supported for our Business and we are able to produce Aircraft manuals. We support in our activities Business Techdata teams in Airbus commercial, ATR and Airbus Defence and Space. *Your working environment :* Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. *Your challenges :* The purpose of these applications are to allow Business to write the Aircraft manuals with relevant quality checks.We support in our activities Business Techdata teams in Airbus commercial, ATR and ADS.Your main responsibilities on this position will be :

• With the Business stakeholders, identify, structure and prioritize the needs for new and improved capabilities
• Define and validate the right functional solution to answer business needs, inline with existing landscape and design.
• With the supply chain, organize delivery activities on Time, Cost and Quality (from detailed specifications to development)
• Lead the scoping of the applications for its MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and future releases (collect of the need, arbitration on priorities, ...) ensuring to reach the consensus with stakeholders,
• Coordinate and contribute to the solutions implementation
• Insure quality plan is applied
• Test developments of your applications
• Coordinate applications issues investigations and propose corrections and improvements
• Realize the solutions deployments for each new version.
• Your boarding pass :*
• Academic background (or equivalent) in Information Technology
• Solide professional experience in the field
• Rigorous and autonomous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Ability to work in complex environment
• Strong collaborative mind-set
• Advanced level in French and English.

Technical expertise :

• Knowledge on Ctrl M will be appreciated
• Knowledge on Version one/ Agility and SAP is a plus
• Knowledge on waterfall methodolgy is a plus

Functional expertise :

• Experience on application management
• Knowledge on Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation on Maintenance, Engineering will be well appreciated
