Tous les postes - September 17, 2026 IT Project Manager (Toulouse, FR) About Connektica At Connektica , a company based in Montreal and Toulouse, we are transforming the way SMEs in the aerospace and space sectors approach assembly, integration, and testing (AIT). Our innovative SaaS platform combines the digitization of procedures, test automation (radiofrequency, environmental), data analysis, and automated reporting that incorporates quality assurance criteria. As a result, our solutions significantly reduce the production costs and development times of complex hardware, while guaranteeing the industry's highest standards. To support our growth, we are looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing projects within our CTO and supporting our Executive Management on our innovation files. Role You will join the Connektica team in Toulouse , France, in an agile, fast-growing environment. You will work at the heart of our projects, from roadmap definition through to product delivery, and will ensure the smooth running of our development processes. Reporting to Executive Management, your role operates on two levels: - Supporting the CTO, you will coordinate the organization of a team of around a dozen developers (Front-End, Back-End, Infrastructure, UX/UI). You will allocate resources according to roadmap priorities, track project progress, and challenge the technical teams on their estimates. - Supporting Executive Management, you will assist with the technical preparation and tracking of our innovation applications in France and Canada. Responsibilities

• Allocate Front-End, Back-End, Infrastructure, and UX/UI resources according to roadmap priorities
• Build and track project schedules, comparing planned versus actual progress
• Challenge developers on their estimates and technical choices
• Build and monitor innovation files in France and Canada
• Collect the technical documentation needed for these files from the teams
• Identify risks and blockers, and arbitrate priorities with the CTO

Required qualifications - Experience : Initial experience in software development , enabling you to understand and challenge technical teams, followed by 3 to 5 years in IT project management (ideally in a start-up environment - Languages : Fluent French is essential, along with professional English for your exchanges with Canada Technical skills Technical skills mastered:

• IT project management: planning, progress tracking, priority and resource management
• Agile methods and facilitation of associated rituals
• Technical understanding of the software development lifecycle (architecture, APIs, infrastructure, CI/CD) sufficient to engage with developers as an equal
• Budget tracking and comparison of planned versus actual spend
• Writing and structuring technical documentation

Additional assets:

• Experience in the aerospace and space sector
• Experience putting together innovation funding applications
• Experience in a SaaS or product environment

• Contract : Full-time permanent contract (CDI)
• Compensation : Between €45k and €60 depending on experience
