Missions

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a key role in driving Kameleoon's growth across the Northern Europe market. Reporting to the Lead Generation Manager in Toulouse, you'll collaborate closely with our Account Executives and Country Lead Manager to identify new business opportunities and build meaningful relationships with prospective customers.

Following a comprehensive onboarding and training program, you will:

• Own and develop your assigned territory by identifying high-potential prospects.

• Research target companies and understand their business challenges and digital maturity.

• Build personalized multichannel outreach campaigns across email, phone, and social media using a test-and-learn mindset.

• Leverage modern sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Similarweb, Surfe, Wappalyzer, and Lemlist.

• Qualify prospects by understanding their objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes.

• Schedule high-quality meetings between prospective customers and our Account Executives.

• Share insights and contribute ideas to continuously improve our outbound strategy and sales processes.

Profile

• We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys connecting with people, and is excited by the world of technology and digital transformation.

• Are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field and are looking for an apprenticeship, or have initial experience in a BDR or sales development role.

• Enjoy identifying opportunities and opening new conversations.

• Are confident in communicating with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Are curious, proactive, resilient, and well organized.

• Have excellent written and spoken English and French.

• Thrive in a collaborative environment where feedback and continuous learning are encouraged.

• Are interested in SaaS, AI, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.

Recruitment process

• Step 1: 30-minute screening call (video) with your futur manager

• Step 2: Interview at our Toulouse office, including a case study to prepare with our Leadgen Manager

• Step 3: In-person interview with our Leadgen Manager

• Step 4: One-hour video interview with our Country Manager and the current work-study student
