About the role

Reporting to the Program Lead Buyer, the Procurement Intern will support various procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, order and supplier management, ERP solution exploration, and contract & confidentiality management. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement processes within the aerospace sector.

Valuable member of the team your role will be :

Supplier Sourcing and Onboarding:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

• Review & Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

• Manage supplier information using Google Drive and Notion databases.

Order and Payment Process:

• Monitor purchase requests, purchase orders and deliveries.

• Ensure timely completion of payments.

• Follow up with Finance.

ERP Solution Analysis:

• Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions exploration.

• Support the ERP selection and assessment process for Beyond Aerospace.

Contract Management:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts.

• Maintain organized contract records.

Process Management:

• Ensure that the processes are well flowdowned inside the different teams.

• Propose and improve Beyond processes.

The mission will be successful if the procurement processes are in place and applied by the teams, and if we have a clear assessment of the ERP solutions.

About you

• You are a final-year student pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• You have previous internships in established organizations, preferably in the aerospace industry.

• You have strong organizational and communication skills.

• You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• You are autonomous, curious, and a good team player

• You are able to challenge existing process and your management in a spirit of continuous improvement

• You have an experience in a multi-cultural environment and understand international diversity
