- Engage External Stakeholders : Serve as EnduroSat's AOCS technical representative for our Space Services missions, leading discussions and resolving complex AOCS matters with relevant experts from customers and space agencies
- Multi-Project Engagement : Work across a portfolio of projects at various stages of development, collaborating with internal engineering teams and external customer stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Leading AOCS Analysis & Simulation : Drive and perform advanced AOCS analysis and simulations to ensure optimal system performance and mission success for EnduroSat's missions
- Providing Expert Support : Offer critical AOCS expertise throughout the Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) phases and during satellite commissioning, ensuring seamless transition to operational status
- Scaling AOCS Capabilities : Support the maturation and scaling of our AOCS activities, including the evolution from initial design concepts to robust, flight-proven operational systems
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Automatic Control, Robotics, Applied Physics, or a similar technical field
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with the AOCS of small satellites
- Strong knowledge of modeling, analysis, and tool development in languages like C# or Python
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative team environment and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing critical suppliers and interfacing directly with clients on technical requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the AOCS avionics COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) market
- A track record of successful contributions to New Space projects
- Additional expertise in other space engineering domains (e.g., software engineering, hardware design, propulsion systems)
- Proven experience in successfully delivering AOCS solutions that have operated in orbit
- Fast-paced and delivery-focused culture
