**Job Description:** Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Supply Chain Coordinator* (f/m) to join our *Supply Coordination & Logistics* department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing supply coordination and component delivery activities. As part of the *Supply Coordination* team, you will be involved in supply flow monitoring, missing parts anticipation, and logistics optimisation aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality. *Your working environment:* Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Secure On Time / On Quality deliveries and manage missing parts by driving necessary escalations between Procurement and Logistics.
• Coordinate return and parasitic flows by selecting optimal solutions (RPO creation, SO alerts, CA reallocation/ACR).
• Contribute to production routines (MPS, ToDoList, QG) to adjust buffer stock levels and align delivery dates with aircraft planning.
• Coordinate technical modifications (MOD, DQN, QSR, retrofit) and packaging specifications (CDS) with ME, Procurement, and Production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain flows and contribute to supplier claim dossier consolidation.
• Your boarding pass:*
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or industrial procurement.
• Technical expertise in Supply Chain management (MPS planning, stock buffer management, return/parasitic flow, ODD tracking).
• Proficiency in ERP/production tracking tools (SAP, ToDoList) and engineering change processes (DQN, MOD).
• Proven ability to participate in Quality Gates (QG), handle administrative disputes, and apply problem-solving methods.
• Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken) to interface with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
