• Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for* an Approvals & QMS Manager (f/m) *to join our Quality Management System Department based in* Toulouse, France.*

You will be part of a team securing organisation approvals on new engineering projects. You will be involved in obtaining approvals aiming at securing aircraft airworthiness and safe operations. *Your working environment:* Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Act as primary interface with civil/military authorities to obtain and maintain Organisation Approvals (DOA, POA, MOA, TOA, CAMO).
• Lead organisation approval surveillance, manage audits and support closure of non-compliances.
• Identify external regulation changes and assess their impacts on organisation approvals.
• Validate company procedural documents for regulatory compliance and qualify authorised signatories.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Quality Management System.
• Contribute to maintaining organizational approvals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for organizational approvals by the aeronautical authorities
• Provide independent oversight of organizational approvals.

* You will ensure :

• The applicable requirements for organizational approvals (POA, MOA, DOA, etc.) are met. Responsibilities include: monitoring, change management, requirements tracking, and maintaining up-to-date manuals.
• Compliance with Airbus DOA independent monitoring
• Accuracy and completeness of existing and newly created arrangements (within the framework of new projects) as required by regulations.
• Key input data: External regulations, changes impacting organizational approvals.

• Your boarding pass:*
• Background Engineering in Aeronautics or Aviation Law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory quality management and approval requirements (DOA/POA/CAMO).
• Strong expertise in airworthiness regulations (PART 21, PART 145, M/CAMO).
• Proven skills in auditing, non-compliance management and aviation authority relations.
• Advanced level of English for technical and regulatory discussions.
