• Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for an *Engineering Quality Manager for Flight Control System developments (M/F)* to join our* Department Quality Engineering Overall System*s in *Toulouse, France.*

You will work directly with systems and designers, guide risk management activities, and ensure our robust design processes are applied seamlessly to deliver right-first-time engineering solutions.

• Process Support and Coaching : coach the engineering teams to ensure full adherence to design processes, maximize deliverable quality, and achieve engineering excellence.
• Process Assurance Excellence : Conduct Process Assurance Reviews and serve as a quality panel member in Design Reviews. You will establish clear evidence of compliance to Formalized specifications development processes following the V-cycle, from specifications to integration and validation of certifiable embedded softwares. You help teams to identify gaps and define recovery actions ahead of program milestones.
• Proactive Risk Management : Facilitate Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) sessions to anticipate and mitigate potential design risks.
• Continuous Improvement : Lead Practical Problem Solving (PPS) initiatives to resolve complex issues, and leverage digital tools and analytics to enhance quality methods.
• Quality Culture : Promote and embed a strong quality mindset across all contributing engineering teams.
