Job Description:Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Application Manager for SE (f/m) to join our Information Management (IM) department based in Toulouse, France.Context:As a Project Manager for SE ( System Engineering), you will join the “MBSE & A/C Integration” Product in the Digital Product for Architecture Service Line, in charge of developing software supporting our business in Engineering, and will functionally report to the Head of Product.The scope of the organization is to deliver robust set of IS/IT tools for the development of the Aircraft, its industrial set-up and the support and Services part, non-recurring & recurring aspects included.The organization is established to ensure the development and the support of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) solutions in a context of Airbus Group Process, Method and Tools strategy.Your RoleYou will act as Application manager of our SE toolsetYou will lead an IT team in a SAFe way of working and act as Product owner deputy (focussing on IT) with close collaboration with our business from Engineering.You will work closely with the Business representative and your IT team to identify and define new features, plan the delivery of enhanced services and manage obsolescence roadmapYou will have a role with end to end responsibility, from capturing the needs to support and maintenance( Run Mode)Leading internal and external resources in the classical IT project operations, including enhancements of existing services: projects execution management, enhancement activities & reports, support to migration & handover to Support teams.You will ensure the link with other IT/Digital domains with adherence to company’s standards & processesYour working environment:Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Comprehensive understanding of IM architecture especially about the relationships between server, network, client application and database.Manage & contribute in the definition / development of the E2E roadmap for our platform.Ability to conduct IT project with respect to Airbus standards and processes (EN.IM) and tools (Planisware)Ready to overcome technical and environmental challenges and you like working collaboratively in an international context: structured, good organization and prioritization skills, as well as profound communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to target interactions to heterogeneous audiences.Understanding IT issues from the business perspective.Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)Your boarding pass:Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT project management within engineering or industrial domains.Proven proficiency in IT project management standards (EN.IM framework, Planisware) and SAFe / Agile methodologies.Strong understanding of IM architecture fundamentals (server, network, client application, and database relationships) and PLM solutions.Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies (AI, Agentic AI) with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Fluent level in French and English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively in an international environment.Not a 100% match?
